Meet the Team

Liesl Rancour
Clinical Director
Occupational Therapist
I graduated from Keuka College in 2015 with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. While I have experience working with children of all ages through home, school, and clinic settings, I have realized the profound impact that early support has on developing skills and engaging with the world. I believe that every child is unique and has their own way of engaging with the world, and my goal is to empower families to embrace their child’s journey with confidence and joy.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two fur babies. My hobbies include playing board, card, and video games, riding motorcycles, and exploring unique places and events in my community. I also love traveling and I am always looking forward to my next adventure!
Veronica Bailey
Special Instructor
I currently live in Philadelphia and have worked with
children for the past 25 years. I was born in New York into a long line of educated people. After high school, I graduated from Temple University with a BS in African American Studies. I achieved my Master’s degree from Springfield College with an MS in Psychology. I started my career in the mental health field for a few years and through luck found early intervention. This has been the most rewarding career.
I have been married to my wonderful husband for the past 20 years. We have two grown sons whom we love dearly. We have 2 elderly cats as well. We love to travel and immerse ourselves in different cultures.
My heart and memories are full of the children that I have met, nurtured and helped throughout my career.
Janice Pfeiffer
Physical Therapist
I am a pediatric physical therapist with almost 30 years of experience in the field! I received my undergraduate degree in Rehabilitation Education from Pennsylvania State University and my Masters in Physical Therapy from Temple University.
Throughout my career I have worked exclusively with children, in a variety of settings, including acute care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, school-based, early intervention, and multidisciplinary assessments. I enjoy being an early intervention practitioner, as it allows me to work with families as they move through the developmental stages with their children with a family-centered, holistic approach.
